Our Executive Chef Riana Marshall has been in the culinary business for about 8 years now, working with various kinds of cuisines and flavors and keeping a mental note of it all along the way. Our company's main goal with creating Soul Cucina LLC was to take cuisines that we love and have them blend with our culture and work in harmony together all while providing that experience in the comfort of your home. When you look at food from different cultures there are lots of differences but also many similarities as well, simply changing a protein or a spice will give a whole new perspective on a classic dish. As a business our main priority is ensuring that you and your guests receive a hand crafted experience that is tailored to you completely! Whether you're interested in staying more lean and enjoying our Mediterranean Menu or you want to treat yourself and get that Southern Hospitality that our signature Soul Cucina Menu provides the possibilities are endless.
